SANI BRITE is a cutlery soak/sanitiser.

Biodegradable hypochlorite based antibacterial powder for soaking or spray and wipe applications. Stable, freely soluble formula that contains a detergent for greater soiling penetration. Satisfies a multitude of specialist Food Service applications; useful as a diluted cleaner, descaler and sanitiser. Safe for a variety of uses including glass and cutlery soaking, hard surface sanitising, bar cloth soaking and periodic treatment for ice machines and soft serve machinery and equipment. nnNot recommended for sanitising aluminium surfaces as dulling may occur.

APPLICATIONS:
Kitchen Areas, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cloths, sponges, food processing areas, stainless steel.

DIRECTIONS:
Soaking: Use at a ratio of 6gm per litre of water. Soak cutlery, glassware, and/or crockery items for a minimum of 2 minutes. Thoroughly rinse to finish.
CIP Rinsing: Use at a ratio of 3gm per litre of potable water, pump or allow to flow through system, and rinse surfaces to finish.
Fogging: Use at a ratio of 6-12gm per litre of potable water, and spray all surfaces thoroughly.
A full included scoop provides approx 40gm.
