FOAM FORCE Hi-Strength Foaming Cleaner-Sanitiser 20L

High-strength plant foaming cleaner and hypochlorite based sanitiser. Best applied through automatic dilution control equipment or a centralised foaming operation for cleaning large plant and equipment areas, typical in food process operations. DIRECTIONS
Most general food plant foaming applications Connect to foaming unit and adjust air/water pressure and detergent feed until the desired foam density is achieved. Cover surfaces and equipment with foam and allow 5-10 minutes for a full sanitising process to take effect. For manual cleaning Use at a ratio of 1:99 to 1:49 (1-2% soln, 10-20mls per litre) with potable water. Not for use on aluminium or soft metals as corrosion or oxidation may quickly occur. A 1% solution yields 450 ppm of Free Available Chlorine (when product packed)
GOOD PRACTICE
Under Good Practice Protocol based on accepted international research a 2% solution of this product diluted with potable water is recommended with liberal application on clean hard surfaces with a minimum contact time of 5 minutes. At this concentration the product provides 600PPM FAC.
