Pricing
Northland Cleaning Supplies reserves the right to change its pricing at any stage. Northland Cleaning Supplies will promptly and clearly communicate any price change on the invoice.
Product Information
At Northland Cleaning Supplies we aim to keep all product information 100% accurate to help you make informed decisions. However, please be aware that from time to time there may be inadvertent errors on the website and mistakes in relation to pricing or product information. Northland Cleaning Supplies will use its best efforts to minimise and correct any mistakes. If you find a mistake, please report it to our Customer Service team on 0800 825-326. Northland Cleaning Supplies recommends that you do not rely on the information contained on the website and Northland Cleaning Supplies does not accept liability for your reliance on information on its website.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Charges will be applied at the checkout based on the Address Finder tool. Rural charges will apply to all Rural Deliveries. Freight Free will apply to all orders over the value of $250.00+GST
Goods will be dispatched with 48 hours from the order confirmation from our Warehouse. If any longer delays incur, we will be in contact with you.
Returns Policy
In the event we cannot supply the items purchased on our website, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours to offer a replacement product or a full refund will be processed back to your nominated bank account.
Defective Product
You have rights under New Zealand Law, if the product you bought has a defect. Those rights are summarised below or available via the NZ Consumer Protection website.
DEFECTS AND YOUR RIGHTS
If the product has a minor defect, Northland Cleaning Supplies may choose:
- replacement with identical product, or
- repair.
If the product has a substantial defect, you may choose either:
- replacement with identical product or product of similar value
- repair.

The purpose of holding your information is to recall your previous purchasing history.
We keep your information safe by storing in encrypted files and only staff can access this information.
We do not hold credit card details on file.

If any part of Northland Cleaning Supplies policies, terms and conditions or warranties is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part of the Terms is severed, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
The terms set out in this document constitute the entire agreement between you and Northland Cleaning Supplies.
All transactions are quoted in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
